OUR ETHOS

We founded this company with a simple conviction: property management should be held to a higher standard. Too often, owners are left navigating inconsistent communication, unclear reporting, and a lack of true accountability.

We set out to change that—bringing institutional-level discipline, thoughtful systems, and a white-glove approach to an industry that has long operated without them. The result is a more refined experience—defined by clarity, discretion, and trust.

OUR EXPERTISE

As seasoned providers to high-net-worth individuals, we understand that your property is more than just an asset—it’s a reflection of your lifestyle and a sanctuary for your family.

Our proven track record and holistic approach enable us to deliver services that are tailored specifically to each client and executed with the highest level of care and professionalism. Choose TrueNest of the Lowcountry, where your rental properties are seamlessly managed, and every detail is meticulously curated to your goals.

FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

WILL TRASK

A Lowcountry native with over ten generations of local roots, Will Trask leverages a JD and a background in high-stakes asset management to lead with precision. He spent a decade as a wealth & investment advisor managing significant private capital for high net worth clients, a role that instilled the fiduciary rigor and client advocacy he now applies to property oversight.

By integrating legal proficiency with tech-forward hospitality operations, he provides property owners with sophisticated insights and management solutions designed to maximize long-term asset performance.
